For this family friendly, unique, fun filled day, there will be a wonderful community of people coming together to become a true wolf pack!
We'll hike into the desert mountains with the wolves while bonding and growing our relationships with them. Then we'll tour the wolf compound accompanied by our hosts who will guide you on your journey through the compound and introduce you to the wolves who inhabit the land.
The tour will end at Wolf Connection's Medicine Wheel, where the "Guardian Spirits" will be waiting for you. In order to make it back to the celebration, you will need to pass through the Haunted Woods, thinly veiling the spirit world from ours, where you may be met by ancestral ghosts.
The sun will light the path and make it easy to spot any unwelcomes. Take a breath, listen to your heart and make your way forward - just keep going!
Listen to the wise woman at the end of the path so that you and the rest of the world may never repeat the mistakes of the past. As you emerge from the Haunted Woods, enjoy the celebration.
True to Celtic traditions, festivities will include Fortune Tellers whose divinations may lighten your dark winter.
Sage and herb cleansing to clear you from the spirits you encountered in the Haunted Woods.
And musicians will be performing around the bonfire where s'mores and snacks await.
PRICE:
$80 (7-18yrs)
$100 (18yrs and over)
(Due to the nature of our hikes, we have set a minimum age limit of 7yrs old. If you are interested in bringing children younger than 7, please contact us for details regarding our private visits. The hike is just approximately 1.5 miles and contains a few mild hills.)
